Este rol requiere pensamiento analítico, conocimiento profundo de plataformas digitales y habilidades para colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios.Responsabilidades:Desarrollar planes de medios digitales alineados con los objetivos del cliente y la estrategia global.Gestionar presupuestos y asignación de inversión en canales digitales (Search, Display, Social, Programmatic).Monitorear y optimizar campañas para maximizar KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).Analizar resultados y generar reportes con insights accionables.Coordinar con equipos creativos, de medios y tecnología para asegurar la correcta implementación.Mantenerse actualizado sobre tendencias, herramientas y mejores prácticas en marketing digital.Requisitos:Licenciatura en Marketing, Comunicación, Publicidad, Administración o afines.Experiencia de 2-4 años en planificación digital, preferentemente en agencia o área de medios.Conocimientos técnicos:Plataformas: Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, Tik Tok Ads, Linked In Ads.Herramientas de análisis: Google Analytics, Data Studio, Excel avanzado.Idiomas: Inglés intermedio/avanzado (deseable).
