Organizational Change Management –Consultant – Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) Are you an experienced, passionate pioneer in technology? We are a team of professionals passionate about serving clients with distinction and learning, and we are driven by our purpose: Making an impact that matters for our clients, our people, and society.Work you'll do/Responsibilities As a Consultant at Deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives. In this role, you will interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. It is expected that you will be able to perform independent tasks as well as provide technical guidance to team members, as needed. You will act as a strategic advisor to clients and assist them with Change Management design, development, and delivery necessary to successfully implement and adopt new technologies or business process. You will do this by performing the following job responsibilities:Support design, development and delivery of communication materials and communication while executing on the overall project timeline and key milestonesUtilize strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills while exercising judgement and managing ambiguityExecute ideas and concepts effectively under pressure with tight deadlinesLearn, apply, and communicate business-related concepts and ideasThe TeamOur Human Capital practice is at the forefront of transforming the nature of work. Be part of this exciting era of change and join us on this transformative journey.QualificationsRequired3-5+ years of consulting and/or industry experienceCompletion of coursework (Egresado) in any pertinent field or industryResponsible for supporting and independently completing project tasksAdvanced English levelBackground in Digital communication toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in designing and editing communication materialsProficiency in using communication software and platforms, such as email marketing software, social media platforms, and design softwareStrong analytical skills to evaluate communication data and effectivenessStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with various stakeholdersAbility to work under pressure and manage crisesCommitment to ethical communication standards and knowledge of relevant lawsAdaptability and openness to continuous learningPreferredMaster's degree, preferably in business, management, human resources, instructional design, education, organizational behavior, or psychology; or equivalent experiencePrevious experience in industry or consulting in communication and development/organization design/change management/digital and cloud solutions spaceFamiliarity with ERP systems e.g. Workday/Oracle/SAPOur people and cultureOur inclusive culture empowers our people to be who they are, contribute their unique perspectives, and make a difference individually and collectively.
