Senior Client Advisor – GuadalajaraEstamos buscando a un/a un Senior Client Advisor apasionado/a y dedicado para la prestigiosa ubicación de BVLGARI en Guadalajara. Este rol se centra en capturar la cuota de mercado local, cultivar relaciones genuinas con los clientes y poseer una profunda experiencia en manejo al cliente de alta gamma. Como piedra angular de la visión de Bvlgari, este puesto es fundamental para el crecimiento, la elevación y la evolución de nuestra marca. Este puesto tomará acción bajo la gestión directa de Gerente de la Tienda y trabajará en colaboración con otros miembros del equipo de Ventas para impulsar las ventas y brindar un excelente servicio a los clientes.Contribuir al logro de los KPI de la tienda y de servicio a través de un compromiso proactivo y constante para alcanzar el presupuesto de ventas, de forma mensual y anual. Ofrecer experiencias BVLGARI incomparables. Transmitir la cálida mentalidad de hospitalidad italiana a través de cada paso de la interacción con el/la cliente. Fomentar una base de clientes próspera. Realizar todas las actividades de CRM uno a uno según las indicaciones del/de la Gerente de la Tienda, incluyendo CRM AFSS. Evaluar las tendencias del negocio para elaborar estrategias de planes de venta centrados en el cliente. Comunicarse con la gerencia sobre las oportunidades para desarrollar relaciones con la comunidad y explorar posibles eventos para aumentar el conocimiento de la marca y la lealtad del cliente entre los/las clientes nuevos y existentes. Apoyar activamente a los equipos de ventas y los administrativos.Mínimo de 5 años en el sector de lujo, preferencia en Joyeria & Relojeria. Capacidad para comprometerse hasta 37,5 horas semanales. Conocimiento de los programas de Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Power Point y capacidad para adquirir cierta experiencia en aplicaciones de operación de la tienda (Beanstore, Sales Force, SAP). Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo. Experiencia demostrada en el servicio al cliente de lujo. Experiencia práctica con productos de lujo (presentación y venta). Dominio del inglés conversacional indispensable. Otros idiomas son un plus.
