About Company and RoleSpecializing in vegetation control for municipalities, railroads, and utility companies across the U.S. Due to seasonal hiring cycles and reliance on bilingual field workers (H2B and potential TN visa programs), the company is expanding its international recruiting and sales capabilities.This role supports workforce stability and predictable lead flow by combiningrecruiting,sales outreach, andbasic social media execution. The ideal hire is proactive, organized, bilingual (Spanish), and comfortable switching between phone-heavy tasks, candidate sourcing, and maintaining an online presence. This is a multi functional role designed to grow into a long-term strategic asset for the company.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & CRMConduct cold calls for lead generationHandle client communication and follow-upOrganize, update, and maintain the Salesforce CRMTrack leads, calls, conversations, and follow-upsRecruitingSource, screen, and coordinate candidates for field and admin rolesConduct outreach with Spanish/English-speaking candidatesSupport the development of long-term labor pipelinesAssist with candidate communication for H2B/TN visa programs (as needed)Social Media & BrandingMaintain consistent online presence (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)Create/post basic content (simple captions, basic edits, cut videos, upload)Convert long-form content into short-form clipsCollaborate with Upwork freelancers for video creation as neededKeep the company's digital presence active and professionalMust-Have QualificationsFully bilingual (English + Spanish)Strong phone communication and cold-calling confidenceHighly organized and detail-orientedExperience with recruiting or high-volume outreachComfortable with CRM usage (Salesforce preferred)Ability to manage multiple roles (recruiting, sales, social media)Proactive, ownership mentality, able to work independentlyTech-savvy; able to learn new tools quicklyNice-to-Have QualificationsExperience with H2B/TN visa recruitmentExperience in blue-collar staffingBasic video editing or social content experienceKnowledge of vegetation, utilities, or field-service industriesOther InformationGrowth Path: Full-Time with potential to expand into lead recruiter or sales leadRecruitment Goal: Create stability in hiring and lead generation year-roundCulture: Values commitment, ownership, and dependable work ethicTools: Salesforce CRM; can integrate Time Doctor for transparency if needed
