We are looking for this rare combination of talent that sets us apart in the industry.Job Overview: Summary of PositionThe primary role of the Business Process Consultant is to work closely with customers to gather and document business requirements, manage development cycles and deliver solutions based on business needs while always considering best practice.Languages: English and French (Conversational-Professional)Eligibility Requirements: MX Citizen, Mexican permanent residence. Your Life at Atos: You will be responsible for defining the scope and ensure that design is based on out-of-the-box functionality and customer requirements.What will make you successful/or "Your X Factor": Manage/facilitate client workshops to define "as-is" and" to-be" processes with Sponsors, Stakeholders, and Subject Matter Experts.Communicate with all levels of stakeholders within the customer organization.Work closely with Project Manager to deliver on time and within budget.Rationalize complex information and clearly articulate user needs to make them understandable for both technical and non-technical teams.Develop relevant documentation for Waterfall/Agile approaches such as specifications, gap analysis reports, process flow diagrams, and storiesEnsure that stories are fully understood and that they include clear acceptance criteria that assist both non-technical and technical testing.Complete initial backlog refinement to prioritize and estimate stories.Provide a bridge between the business and technical teams to ensure a collaborative approach to resolve business problems and technology issuesAssist Project Manager managing sprints through planning, execution, scrum, review, and retrospectiveAssist teams to write detailed test cases and provide support during UAT to verify and document defects and enhancementsManage the backlog refinement reviews to prioritize enhancements and defects against existing stories to minimize scope creepPrepare training materials and hold train the trainer or user training sessions as requiredPromote continuous process improvement practices through process metrics/KPIs and dashboardsYour Expertise: Education: BA/BS Degree in IT, IS or business-related field or equivalent professional experience Years of Experience: 5+ years of IT business process experienceMinimum Required Skills: 3+ years of ServiceNow process consultancy and implementation experiencePreferred SkillsStrong analytical skills and ability to manage software build/test/deploy processes.Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation facilitation skills (Visio, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, ServiceNow)Certifications: ITIL v2 or V3 Foundations, CSA, CIS.Why Join Us?Atos offers salary paid biweekly.
