We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow our Amazon Mexico Vendor Central (VC) business while supporting operations across key local marketplaces. This role requires strong hands-on Amazon experience, knowledge of local tax regulations, and the ability to drive sales through operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration.ResponsibilitiesManage Amazon Mexico Vendor Central (VC) operations: catalog, inventory, POs, pricing & promotionsEnsure full compliance with local tax and platform regulationsTrack daily KPIs, forecast inventory, and drive sales performanceUse Seller Central (SC) expertise to optimize listings and operational processesAnalyze sales data and provide actionable insights for growthSupport operations for Mercado Libre, Walmart, Coppel, Liverpool, and other marketplacesCollaborate closely with marketing, logistics, finance, and product teamsPrepare regular performance reports and manage customer feedback & ratingsRequirements3–8 years of e-commerce operations or marketplace experienceHands-on experience managing Amazon Mexico VC and Amazon SC operationsStrong understanding of Mexican e-commerce tax rules & complianceFamiliarity with platforms such as Mercado Libre, Walmart, Coppel, LiverpoolStrong analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and execution mindsetLanguages Required/Desired: Spanish & English (Mandarin is a plus)Experience in consumer electronics or working with Chinese brands is a plus
