Syntax partners with global IT leaders such as Oracle, IBM and others.We are looking for:Customer Success ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor.Proactively identify customer needs, challenges, and opportunities for growth.Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, and technical teams) to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with customer goals.Qualifications4-6 years of experience in customer success, account management, or customer delivery roles.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers at all levels.Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).Experience working with ERP systems is required; JDE knowledge is highly desirable.Familiarity with public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, OCI)We offerCompetitive SalaryRemote workBenefits obove the law
