Join our dynamic engineering team as a Java Tech Lead, where you'll drive the design and development of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. In this role, you'll provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and collaborate closely with architects, product owners, and stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.Generic Description --Key Qualifications:8–12 years of hands-on experience in Java application development3+ years of experience in a Tech Lead or Senior Technical roleStrong expertise in Java (Java 8+), Spring / Spring Boot, and Microservices architectureExperience designing and developing RESTful APIs and backend servicesStrong understanding of object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and SOLID principlesExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Hands-on experience with relational and No SQL databases (Oracle, SQL Server, Postgre SQL, Mongo DB, etc.)Experience with CI/CD pipelines, build tools (Maven/Gradle), and version control systems (Git)Strong understanding of application security, performance optimization, and scalabilityExperience working in Agile/Scrum development environmentsExcellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have:Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)Exposure to event-driven architectures (Kafka, Rabbit MQ)Experience with front-end technologies (Angular, React) is a plusKnowledge of Dev Ops practices and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Cloud Formation)Experience working with distributed or global teamsExposure to monitoring and logging tools (Splunk, ELK, Prometheus)Relevant certifications in Java, Cloud, or ArchitectureRole Details:Location: hashtag#Mexico City (CDMX) & hashtag#Guadalajara – hashtag#Hybrid (2–3 days/week onsite)Type: Full-timeRole Level: Tech Lead / Senior EngineerFocus: Lead Java development initiatives, guide technical decisions, mentor teams, and deliver scalable enterprise solutions
