Participating in an Alliance Abroad program provides individuals of all nationalities the opportunity to experience living and working in new countries, whilst gaining an in-depth and authentic exposure to its culture, people, and professional environments.
The Direct Sales Enquiries Associate is responsible for monitoring all leads from direct sales inquiries. They will be inquisitive and find out what the clients are looking for. They will know the various products we have and the requirements. The associate will use their knowledge of the client and products to close sales.
Duties
& Responsibilities:Primary FunctionsManaging the sales processMonitor inboxes and inquiries from marketing and web generated interestSteer interested candidates towards viable programs for themPrioritizing the inbox and support que system to ensure timely responses that meet our customer service commitmentsContacting prospective customers and setting meetingsEnsure clear notes are made on cases, follow-up and documentation are key to giving good supportEnsuring necessary documentation is received by clients and completed in required timeframeDevelop value propositions for different client typesSupporting the fulfilment processTracks KPIs and metricsEffective collaboration with other departmentsCreating and distributing weekly reports on:status of participantspipeline estimatestrouble areaseffectively represents Alliance Abroad externallyAdditional Responsibilities:Support the managerial team in general, when team members are absent, or strategically involved in projects or as business demands. Contributing to a positive team atmosphere both within the hub team and the teams it partners with for successful programs. Ability to represent Alliance Abroad with external clients both internally and externally, including helping to host our partners and host companies when visiting (as needed/ if available). Perform other related duties or complete special projects as assigned.
Communicate status of assigned work to supervisor and ask for support in prioritizing when necessary. Any additional tasks as needed by the Director of Sales & Business Development.

and competencies:Strong verbal and written communicationSales-driven and goal-focusedVery organized with strong follow-upAble to build trust with candidates and universitiesPositive attitude, adaptable, and strong team playerEssential Qualifications & Experience:Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales, ideally in services, education, or international programsPrevious experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferred)Plus: experience with international exchange agencies, internship programs, or academic mobility organizationsLanguages: Advanced English (spoken and written) + native SpanishActive, outgoing, proactive personalityAvailable to travel occasionally (Preference for Puebla, Guadalajara, Monterrey, or Querétaro)Comfortable using social media (META) for candidate outreach/engagementHub Spot knowledge (preferred)Work schedule expectations:Monday to Friday
