This role is crucial in ensuring a balanced driver supply, fostering partnerships, and enhancing fleet management strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong operational mindset, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive business development at a local level. This position reports directly to the Country Manager and requires close collaboration with regional and HQ teams.What you will do:Oversee and manage driver supply in the local market to ensure a healthy balance between demand and availabilityIdentify, build, and manage strategic partnerships to strengthen driver engagement, retention, and market positioningLead fleet-related projects, including expansion planning, operational optimization, and exclusivity programsAnalyze driver app usage and performance to generate insights that support product enhancements and operational improvementsCollaborate with HQ teams to execute local digital campaigns, acquisition strategies, and incentive programsDesign and implement initiatives to improve driver retention, streamline recruitment efforts, and enhance the registration processMonitor competitive activity and industry trends to proactively adjust local strategiesManage and mentor a direct report in a supervisor role to ensure daily operational excellence and cross-team collaborationLeverage data to monitor market performance, track key metrics, and support data-driven decision makingRequirements:4-5 years of experiencein operations or a business-related role, preferably withinride-hailing, mobility, or logistics.Stronganalytical skillswith the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.Experience managingdriver supply, fleet operations, or partnerships.Proven ability todecompose complex business challenges, prioritize effectively, and drive results.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability topresent and influence at multiple levels.Comfortable working in afast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional collaboration.SQL proficiency is a plus; strong Excel skills required to analyze trends and create reports.Business development experienceand the ability to identify new opportunities within the ride-hailing ecosystem.We offer:Opportunity for advancement and upward mobility within the organization, allowing for increased levels of responsibility and growth within the companyHybrid work
