**Role Summary**:
The Operations Lead will oversee the day-to-day management of a PowerPoint presentation production team, ensuring smooth workflow, timely delivery, and high-quality output for global clients. This role bridges creative delivery and operational efficiency by managing resources, monitoring performance, and implementing process improvements. The Operations Lead will also play a key role in training, mentoring, and motivating team members to meet client expectations while adhering to organizational standards.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
Team & Workflow Management
- Manage daily production operations, including work allocation, scheduling, and capacity planning for presentation designers.
- Monitor ongoing projects to ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and client requirements.
- Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues, providing timely solutions and support.
- Maintain balanced workloads across the team and ensure proper utilization of resources.

Quality & Performance Monitoring
- Track SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics such as turnaround time, efficiency, quality, rework rates, and client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and share feedback with team members.
- Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives where gaps are identified.

Client & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Managers and Clients to understand project priorities, scope, and timelines.
- Ensure effective communication between the production team and stakeholders.
- Support escalations by providing factual, data-driven insights and actionable solutions.

People Leadership
- Mentor, coach, and support the professional growth of team members.
- Foster a collaborative, transparent, and positive team culture.
- Drive engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives.

Process & Innovation
- Standardize workflows and ensure adherence to best practices in presentation production and operations.
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong understanding of production KPIs (quality, efficiency, turnaround time, utilization).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); exposure to project management or workflow tools is an advantage.
- Ability to balance creative needs with operational requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a creative/production operations role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead capacity.
- Strong background in PowerPoint presentation design workflows; exposure to client-facing environments preferred.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- 06600, Ciudad de México, CDMX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
