Your thinking will help define how our brand grows in a competitive marketplace and how we build meaningful relationships at scale.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this part-time, remote position, you will:Lead the development of digital marketing strategies that support Home Choice's business and brand goalsManage and optimise campaigns across paid media, search, social, email, and emerging digital channelsOversee performance analytics, transforming data into clear, strategic recommendationsCollaborate closely with creative, product, and merchandising teams to align messaging and digital initiativesLead testing frameworks to refine creative concepts, audience segmentation, and channel efficiencyEnsure digital execution aligns with brand values, privacy standards, and ethical practicesGuide and mentor cross-functional partners to achieve strong, measurable performanceProven experience in digital marketing leadership or senior performance rolesDeep understanding of paid media, customer journeys, CRM, segmentation, and optimisation frameworksStrong analytical abilities, with comfort leading data-driven decisionsAbility to manage multiple projects with discipline and precisionA proactive mindset, capable of adapting to fast-evolving digital environmentsExperience in retail, e-commerce, or subscription-driven brandsExposure to marketing automation tools or lifecycle marketing systemsExperience leading digital teams or advising large-scale initiativesPart-time, remote flexibility, designed to support productivity and balanceA Final Invitation
