Important retail global company is looking for "Corporate Tax Accountant" based in Mexico CityGeneral Objective:As a Corporate Tax Accountant in the Finance and Accounting department, your main focus will be the responsibility for all aspects of federal, state & local management of Tax & VAT compliance and Tax & VAT reporting processes in Mexico for all Mexican entities. You will play a key role in ensuring adherence to both local and international tax laws, transfer pricing policies, and practices.Requierements:~ Strong background in finance or accounting. A university degree in a relevant field is a plus~5 years of experience in VAT recovery (documentary support, knowledge of all criteria for VAT refunds) - Mandatory.~ Experience in responding to SAT requirements, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance and up-to-date status.~ Experience in recording, preparing provisional payments, and transfer pricing~ Fluent English~ Proficiency in SAP ERP~ Handling internal and external audits~ Robust knowledge of Income Taxes &VAT, Withholding Tax and other indirect tax regulations specific to Mexico
