Buscamos un/aCoordinador Senior de Contact Centerque será un líder r operativo confuerte enfoque en personas y procesos, dominio de la plataforma Genesys y capacidad para mantener la operación estable, eficiente y orientada a la experiencia del cliente.Asegurar laoperación eficiente, continua y de alta calidad del Contact Center, liderando equipos operativos y optimizando procesos, indicadores y experiencia del cliente mediante el uso avanzado deGenesysy mejores prácticas de gestión.Operación y ContinuidadCoordinar la operación diaria del Contact Center (entrante, saliente, omnicanal).Asegurar niveles de servicio (SLA), productividad y calidad en todas las campañas.Gestión de Plataforma – GenesysProponer mejoras en la configuración para optimizar tiempos de atención y experiencia del usuario.Asegurar el cumplimiento de horarios, turnos y adherencia.Calidad y Experiencia del ClienteGarantizar el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad y scripts de atención.Colaborar con áreas de Calidad, Operaciones y Experiencia del Cliente.Análisis y Mejora ContinuaDocumentar procedimientos y buenas prácticas del Contact Center.Experiencia Requerida~5 añosde experiencia en Contact Center, de los cuales al menos 2–3 añosen roles de coordinación o supervisión senior.~ Experiencia comprobable en operaciónomnicanal(voz, chat, email, Whats App).~ Monitoreo en tiempo realo CalidadHerramientas de calidad NICE, grabaciones y monitoreo.Manejo de Excel / dashboards (intermedio).Gamificación de aprendizajeCapacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas.Cumplimiento de SLA y niveles de servicio.Mejora en indicadores de calidad.Estabilidad operativa y baja rotación del equipo.Uso efectivo de Genesys para optimizar la operación.
