Based in Mexico or another LATAM location, this role requires a strategic thinker with deep understanding of Latin American consumer behavior, cultural nuances, and market dynamics. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across key markets in the region for VT Markets.What Makes You a Great FitJob Experience & EducationBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related fieldMBA or advanced degree preferredMinimum 4–6 years of marketing experience with focus on LATAM marketsProven track record of successful marketing campaign managementExperience in B2B and/or B2C marketing environments, preferably within the financial or fintech sectorTechnical SkillsProficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)Experience with LATAM-specific digital platforms and social media trends (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance reporting toolsKnowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation platformsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management toolsLanguage & Cultural CompetencyFluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken); Portuguese is a plusDeep understanding of LATAM cultural nuances and consumer behaviorKnowledge of regional market trends and online trading habitsExperience working in multicultural and cross-border environmentsYour responsibilities will includeStrategic Marketing LeadershipDevelop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the LATAM regionCollaborate with the Global Marketing Head in Singapore to ensure strategic alignment and leverage global best practicesConduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitors in the LATAM marketCreate market-specific go-to-market strategies for new products and campaignsCollaborate with global marketing teams to adapt international campaigns for local marketsDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metricsCampaign Management & ExecutionPlan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, traditional, events, influencer)Manage marketing budgets and optimize spend for maximum ROIOversee content creation and localization for Spanish-speaking audiencesCoordinate with creative agencies and vendors in the regionDevelop and maintain marketing calendars and campaign timelinesDigital Marketing & GrowthLead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, and paid advertisingManage presence on LATAM-focused digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn)Optimize marketing funnels and conversion rates across digital touchpointsCollaborate with sales and partnerships teams to drive customer acquisition and retentionMonitor and analyze digital performance metrics to guide strategic decisionsBrand Management & CommunicationsEnsure brand consistency across all marketing touchpointsDevelop localized messaging and positioning strategies for LATAM audiencesManage public relations and media partnerships across the regionOversee crisis communication and reputation managementMaintain regional brand guidelines and ensure alignment with global standardsPartnership & CollaborationIdentify and develop strategic partnerships and influencer collaborations across LATAMWork closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectivesCollaborate with product and global marketing teams for seamless campaign executionManage stakeholder and client relationships across the regionWhat We OfferAs official partners of Newcastle United FC, VT Markets aspire to break the ancient boundaries of traditional personal finance.
