The role is onsite in Santa Fe (Cuajimalpa) and requires full bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, including technical English.The Business Analysts will support end-to-end business analysis activities, working closely with product owners, technology teams, QA, operations, and global stakeholders, using Jira and Confluence as core delivery and documentation tools.Key Responsibilities (English)Support business analysis activities across retail and e-commerce initiativesGather, analyze, and document business and functional requirementsCreate user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications in JiraMaintain documentation, process flows, and requirement traceability in ConfluenceParticipate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives)Collaborate closely with product, development, QA, and operations teamsSupport system testing, UAT, and validation activitiesCoordinate with external and global Business Analysts during transitionsEnsure effective knowledge transfer and continuity of operationsRequired Skills & Qualifications (English)1–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar roleStrong experience in retail and e-commerce systemsHands-on experience working with Jira and ConfluenceExperience working with global and cross-functional teamsHands-on experience with Agile / Scrum methodologiesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skillsAbility to translate business needs into clear functional requirementsFluent Spanish and professional-level English (technical English required)Experience in omnichannel retail environmentsKnowledge of payment flows and/or payment gateway integrationsExperience working with large corporate retail IT organizationsMust be based in Mexico City and available for onsite collaboration in Santa Fe (Cuajimalpa)
