We're looking for an experienced Data Partnerships Development Manager to be in charge of data partnership at Dyna.ai for LATAM, one of the core markets for our business. The candidate needs to be based out of Mexico City with a focus on Mexico market and also cover the broader LATAM countries. Travelling will be required.Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify partners in Telco, e Commerce, utility, employment, payment, credit bureau, government database (social security, tax etc), logistic, transaction data, SMS, collection and etc. for data collaboration to help build our credit scoring and analytical/anti-fraud productsManage data partner life cycle including from vendor sourcing and selection, evaluation, constructing business model frameworks, commercial negotiation, legal review, signing, facilitate transition to product/engineering teams for implementation and bill reconciliationProactively work with our data product, credit scoring team and regional sales team, and able to tap into C-level and key stakeholders at partners for closing partnershipConduct competitor analysis, gather market intelligence in respective markets and provide insights to our products roadmap and partnership landscapeJob RequirementsMBA in any discipline; top school graduate preferred; overseas education and multinational company experience is a plusMust have 5-10 years of proven track record in the Financial Services/Telco industry/Credit Bureau in Mexico, successful experience with Partnership Development roles and have executed partnerships deals that delivered results; exposure to consumer lending companies is a plusSolid understanding of enterprise credit risk decision solution, e KYC, digital lending, digital fraud prevention, AML, AI/big data and analytics modellingIdeal candidate shall have a strong network of partners in sectors including but not limited to Telco, e Commerce, utility, employment, payment, credit bureau, government database (social security, tax etc), logistic, transaction data, SMS, collection and etcExcellent written and verbal communication via phone, email and in-person meetings; strong commercial negotiation and analytical skillsResult driven, self-starter, problem solver with a diligent and proactive attitude; deliver efficiency and execution, and a team playerProficient in speaking and writing in English and Spanish
