Facilitate working group sessions and stakeholder meetings to communicate updates, gather feedback, and drive consensus on data governance policies and standards. Identify and escalate data inconsistencies, exceptions, or policy gaps, and collaborate with leadership and technical teams to resolve them. Contribute to governance-related projects by coordinating across business and technical teams, ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in data governance, data management, or a related discipline. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is preferred in Information Management, Data Science, Business, or a related field. A proactive mindset with continuous improvement orientation. Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail with the ability to lead workstreams independently, collaborate in a team setting and manage competing priorities Strong communication and facilitation skills, with experience engaging cross-functional stakeholders to lead meetings with small and large audiences and promote data governance best practices Strong problem solving, analytical and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by strategic priorities and stakeholder requests Experience with data governance tools (e.g., Microsoft Purview, Collibra, Informatica) and familiarity with data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK), data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and enterprise data management practices is a plus.
