You will ensure all project deliverables meet timelines, business objectives, and customer requirements.Why You'll Love Working Here:Recognition Programs: Programs that recognize and reward employee achievements and contributions.Community Engagement: Opportunities to participate in community service and corporate social responsibility initiatives.Strong Leadership: Work under experienced and visionary leaders who guide the company towards success.Innovation Hubs: Access to state-of-the-art facilities and innovation hubs that foster creativity and development.What You'll Be Doing:Create project timelines and manage deliverables until safe launchAssist Project Managers in managing assigned projectsSupport preparation of APQP documents and track deliverables with CFTCoordinate with internal teams and customers to meet timelines and budgetsTrack machine utilization and identify gaps for new equipment purchasesManage production line transfers from other sites to ZacatecasSupport BOM creation and evaluate product P&LParticipate in meetings, prepare minutes, and track action itemsEnsure compliance with SGC, SGA, CSR, and legal requirementsWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Automotive, Electrical preferred)At least 3 years of experience in operations related to injection molding or metal stampingProject planning experience in automotive products is an advantageSkilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power PointStrong time management, communication, and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented and willing to learnProficient in spoken and written EnglishHow to Apply:Apply online at
