You will be responsible for managing, qualifying, and nurturing inbound leads, as well as proactively identifying and engaging outbound prospects. Your goal is to generate qualified sales opportunities and schedule meetings or calls between prospective clients and the sales team, contributing directly to overall pipeline growth as a pre-sales owner.Would you like to take on a new challenge in the field ofsalesin a successful, fast-growing global start-up?Location:RemoteRespond to and manage inbound leads from various sources, including the company website, email inquiries, chat, and marketing campaignsIdentify, research, and engage outbound prospects through email, Linked In, cold calling, and other sales outreach channelsConduct outbound cold calls to potential prospects to introduce solutions, identify needs, and qualify opportunitiesAssess and qualify inbound and outbound leads based on needs, budget, authority, and timingDetermine readiness for a sales conversation and appropriate next stepsDevelop and execute strategies to engage and nurture leads until they are sales-readySchedule meetings or calls between qualified leads and the sales teamCRM & Sales Tools ManagementMaintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system regarding lead interactions, status, and activityUse sales and outreach tools to manage pipelines, sequences, and prospecting effortsWork closely with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on inbound and outbound strategiesShare insights on lead quality, objections, and market feedbackReporting & Performance TrackingTrack KPIs and SLAs such as response time, meetings booked, SQLs, and outreach performanceBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory)Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a similar roleFamiliarity with CRM and sales tools such as Pipedrive, Hub Spot, Apollo, Hey Reach, Lemlist, or similarFluency in English, spoken and writtenFluency in Spanish, spoken and written
