Our ambition drives us to be one of the top names in logistics and importing.What You'll Be DoingBuild and maintain detailed customer profiles in CargoWise so every department has accurate info.Guide customers with expert recommendations, helping them choose the best freight and logistics solutions (including preparing quotes).Coordinate shipment bookings and validate ocean/air freight from origin to destination, keeping customers updated every step of the way.Be the go-to contact for customer inquiries via phone and email—deliver top-notch service and handle special requests to strengthen relationships.Manage daily communications for assigned accounts and direct concerns to the right team for quick resolution.Send new shipment bookings to customers and confirm all ocean/air bookings.Track empty containers and ensure timely returns—or apply per diem billing when needed.Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with accuracy and compliance in mind.Who You AreBachelor's degree in International Business or equivalent experience.About 1 year in an administrative or clerical role.Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).Great at prioritizing, thriving in a fast-paced environment, and customer-focused with a strong sense of urgency.Advanced English is a must.Work ScheduleGDL Office: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM / 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CSTPerks & Benefits at OEC GroupLaw benefitsAfter 90-day probation:Individual Major Medical Insurance (includes some dental & vision)Vacation days (starting after probation, more on 1st anniversary)Personal days (starting after probation, more on 1st anniversary)Floating DayAnnual performance review + salary adjustment opportunitiesAnnual bonus based on performanceMonthly food vouchersSavings FundInternal medical assistanceOEC Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
