This role is embedded within the Collaboration Services team, which supports platforms such as Microsoft 365, Zoom, Box, Adobe, and SharePoint.Key ResponsibilitiesLead thetechnical vision and architectural strategy,providing technical support for end-user issues and concerns for the Collaboration Services Platform (Microsoft 365, Zoom, Box, SharePoint, etc.) to ensure future scalability, performance, and compliance.Support in the Administration ofMicrosoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID/Azure AD),Zoom(Meetings, Zoom Phone, Zoom Rooms),Box,Adobe Acrobat/Sign, andPower Platformtools.Driveautomation of deployments, configuration management, patching, license provisioning, user lifecycle management, and alerting using PowerShell, Python, or relevant scripting tools.Collaborate with Product Teams and Architects to ensure infrastructure aligns withAgile architectureandDevOps best practices, including Continuous Delivery Pipelines.Develop automation workflows for CI/CD pipelines, testing, and platform monitoring.Handleplatform migrations, onboarding of acquired companies, and rationalization of collaboration technologies.Contribute to projects forEnterprise Content Management, PowerApps, and data integration.Partner with theEnterprise MonitoringandAutomation Specialiststo build intelligent alerting systems that preemptively address end-user collaboration issues.ApplySystems ThinkingandRequirements Engineeringprinciples to assess technical feasibility, risk, and long-term value of solutions.Maintain high performance, reliability, and user satisfaction standards while reducing operational overhead through automation.Ensure compliance with security, governance, and legal/regulatory policies affecting collaboration platforms and communications.*Qualifications and CompetenciesRequired Skills & CompetenciesMinimum of4/5 yearsin IT engineering or architecture roles focused onplatform administration, automation, and systems engineering.Experience with Visual Studio, Microsoft Office 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Zoom Workplace, and Unified Communications platforms.Demonstrated success managing enterprise collaboration platforms and supporting thousands of global users.Experience implementinginfrastructure as code (IaC), automated platform monitoring, and cloud-native DevSecOps practices.Education, Certifications, and LicensingBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).*Addional QualificationsCollaboration Platform Administration– Deep experience with Microsoft 365, Zoom, SharePoint, Teams, Box, and Adobe administration.Unified Communications Knowledge– Understanding of cloud VoIP, Zoom Phone, telephony infrastructure, and integration with other collaboration tools.Power Platform & APIs– Familiarity with Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Graph API for platform customization and automation.Scripting & Automation– Strong PowerShell, Python, or Bash scripting skills, including deployment automation and system orchestration.Monitoring & Analytics– Ability to set up platform monitoring, track license usage, identify inactive accounts, and generate actionable reports.Network & Security Fundamentals– Basic-to-intermediate understanding of network management.Agile Systems Thinking & Architecture– Approach systems holistically while guiding technical direction in Agile/SAFe environments.Customer focus– Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skillsGlobal Perspective– Comfortable working across cultures, regions, and time zones with a consistent commitment to user experience and enterprise goals.Communication & Collaboration– Ability to collaborate with engineers, architects, product managers, and end users to solve complex problems.Preferred certifications:Microsoft 365 CertifiedZoom Certified AdministratorGoogle Workspace AdminUnique Role RequirementsAbility to work in ahybrid, globally distributed environmentwith cross-functional stakeholders.Availability to supportglobal collaboration platformsacross multiple time zones, with occasional after-hours work during critical migrations or upgrades.Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, service-oriented approach.Willingness to leadplatform modernizationand support legacy system transformation initiatives.Passion forenhancing digital employee experienceand fostering innovation in the digital workplace.
