Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:Controlling & Planning Process LeadYour Role: Own the ChallengeIn this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver reliable and timely analysis of financial results, budgets, and forecasts. You will support ABB Group management and other stakeholders at various organizational levels in their decision-making processes. You will also showcase your expertise by evaluating the impact of strategic, financial, and major investment decisions.The work model for the role is: hybridThis role is contributing to the Business Administration Function Finance in Mexico.Key Responsibilities:Analyze financial results within your area of responsibility and coordinate the preparation of various management reports, including performance reports and financial statement commentaries, on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.Collaborate with reporting units and country teams to resolve inconsistencies in management reporting data.Contribute to Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) initiatives across the group.Lead process improvement and cost-saving initiatives to protect and enhance profitability.Qualifications:4 + years of experience in FP&A or related financial roles.Knowledge of US GAAP and MX GAAP.Experience in financial modeling (budgeting, forecasting, projections, estimations, etc.).Experience with statutory audits.Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel.Fluent in English.Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.We also offer our employees the following benefits:Performance BonusSaving fundPaid parental leaveLife insuranceRetirement planHealth and dental insuranceWellbeing programFlex daysEmployee Assistance Program (PAE)Access to development platforms: Spark, Harvard Manager Mentor and English Learning EF English Live School (EF)We value people from different backgrounds.
