Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:Operations ManagerYour Role: Own the ChallengeIn this role, you will lead the deployment of the quality and continuous improvement strategy for a local organizational unit within the Robotics Business Division in Mexico. You will foster a culture of excellence, prevention, and learning, while ensuring customer expectations are met and operations remain sustainable. You will guide cross-functional teams to improve processes, drive performance, and meet certification and compliance requirements.The work model for the role is: On siteGlobal relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.This role is contributing to the Robotics Business Division in Mexico.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop the Quality and Continuous Improvement departments, managing area leaders and driving a culture of excellence.Promote and ensure compliance with quality standards, metrics, and certification requirements across the organization.Design and implement training and change management strategies to support new processes and operational excellence.Analyze data to identify trends, address quality issues, and develop improvement plans.Manage cross-functional projects, fostering innovation and sharing best practices throughout the network.Qualifications:7+ years of leadership experience in Quality or Continuous Improvement, with a strong results-oriented mindset.Proven expertise in quality systems, ISO 9001 compliance, and methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean.Skilled in managing automation/improvement projects and tracking KPIs (OPQ, OTD, NCR).Advanced data analysis and problem-solving abilities; proficient in Excel, Power BI, SAP, and SharePoint.Excelent communication and stakeholder management skillsSix Sigma certification desirableFluent EnglishBahcelors Degree completedWe also offer our employees the following benefits: Performance Bonus Saving fundPaid parental leaveLife insuranceRetirement planHealth and dental insuranceWellbeing programFlex daysEmployee Assistance Program (PAE)Access to development platforms: Spark, Harvard Manager Mentor and English Learning EF English Live School (EF)Exciting Career Opportunity in RoboticsThis role is part of ABB's Robotics business, which is preparing to become an independent company.
