Position Summary
Lead warehouse, logistics, and distribution operations at our Ciudad Juárez facility. Drive operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction while developing high-performing teams and contributing to the plant's strategic goals.
Why Do We Need You?
- Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory, shipping, and distribution.
- Ensure material availability and inventory accuracy to support production and customer commitments.
- Manage transportation and logistics, including carriers, freight, 3PL providers, and domestic/international distribution.
- Drive KPIs for safety, service, productivity, inventory accuracy, and costs.
- Lead continuous improvement to optimize processes, efficiency, and supply chain performance.
- Collaborate across Operations, Planning, Quality, Customer Service, and Supply Chain.
- Lead and develop teams, promoting safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
- Support plant strategy and ensure consistent operational execution.
Key Requirements
1. Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Production, Manufacturing, Metalworking, Logistics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading warehouse and logistics operations and teams.
- Hands-on experience in customs and IMMEX operations.
- Advanced conversational English.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and decision-making skills.
- Effective cross-functional communication and collaboration.
2. Technical Knowledge
- Knowledge of inventory control and ERP/WMS systems.
- Experience managing logistics KPIs and Lean/continuous improvement initiatives.
- Availability to travel.
