Job Title: Channel IoT Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Channel IoT Manager to lead and grow our Smart Life / IoT business across key retail and carrier channels. In this role, you will be responsible for defining channel strategy, managing category product portfolios, driving sell-in and sell-through in the local market. You will work closely with channel sales teams, marketing, and cross-functional teams to maximize market share and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Strategy & Execution: Formulate and execute channel sales strategies for IoT product lines (Wearables, Audio, Tablets, PC, Smart Home) across key retail accounts, carriers, and open market channels. Account & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with key channel partners, buyers, and account decision-makers to drive volume and market share growth. Category & Portfolio Management: Manage end-to-end product lifecycle for the IoT portfolio in assigned channels, including product launch planning, pricing alignment, and inventory management. Sell-In & Sell-Through Optimization: Drive sales targets, align forecasting with partners, and design joint commercial initiatives (promotions, bundled packages, seasonal campaigns) to accelerate sell-through. Go-to-Market (GTM) Collaboration: Partner with Trade Marketing and Supply Chain teams to ensure optimal product display, channel visibility, promoter training, and timely stock delivery. Market Intelligence: Analyze channel performance, track market trends, and monitor competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and continuous improvement areas. Qualifications & Requirements
Experience:
3–5+ years of channel sales, key account management, or category management experience within Consumer Electronics, Telecommunications, or Smart Hardware industries. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the local retail, carrier, or consumer electronics channel landscape, with a proven track record in managing IoT, wearables, or IT product categories. Commercial Acumen: Strong business sense, negotiation skills, P&L awareness, and data-driven analytical capability. Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Languages: Business proficiency in English and Spanish;
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade
