We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead and strengthen end-to-end supply chain operations within a global manufacturing environment.
This role will be responsible for driving supply chain strategy and execution across planning, materials, inventory, logistics, and supplier performance, ensuring operational continuity while improving service levels, cost, and working capital.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end Supply Chain function at the site, ensuring alignment with plant operational and business priorities.
• Oversee production planning, materials management, inventory control, logistics, and customer delivery performance.
• Ensure material availability and supply continuity to support production requirements and customer commitments.
• Partner closely with Operations, Procurement, Quality, Finance, and Commercial teams to align supply chain priorities and resolve operational constraints.
• Drive S&OP execution at the site level, translating demand and capacity requirements into effective supply and production plans.
• Optimize inventory levels, working capital, service levels, forecast execution, and overall supply chain performance.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including material shortages, capacity constraints, supplier disruptions, and logistics challenges.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost, efficiency, inventory optimization, delivery performance, and process reliability.
• Establish and monitor key Supply Chain KPIs, driving accountability and corrective actions when performance gaps arise.
• Lead, develop, and strengthen the site Supply Chain team, building capabilities and a high-performance culture. What we are looking for
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive Supply Chain experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role with similar scope and responsibilities.
• Strong experience within multinational manufacturing organizations, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Proven experience across planning, materials management, inventory, logistics, and S&OP.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Proven ability to lead complex operations and deliver measurable improvements in supply chain performance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
