Job Title: Payroll Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in Mexico City. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle payroll process, ensuring compliance with Mexican tax and labor regulations, and maintaining accurate employee records.
Key Responsibilities
📌 Payroll Processing & Compliance
• Prepare and review weekly and bi-weekly payrolls.
• Calculate taxable and non-taxable earnings, deductions, and adjustments.
• Issue and validate CFDI payroll receipts. 📌 Systems & Platform Management
• Utilize Aspel NOI for payroll processing (Must-have).
• Manage SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, and INFONAVIT platforms.
• Ensure timely filing with IMSS and SAT. 📌 Employee Records & Communication
• Manage incidences, sick leaves, vacations, and overtime.
• Maintain and organize employee files (Control de expedientes).
• Prepare severance and settlement payments (Finiquitos y Liquidaciones).
• Maintain effective communication with employees and supervisors.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in preparing and reviewing weekly/bi-weekly payrolls in Mexico.
• Proficiency in Aspel NOI payroll system is required.
• Solid knowledge of taxable/non-taxable deductions and Mexican labor law.
• Experience with SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, and INFONAVIT.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate English is a plus (for coordination with headquarters).
