IT Project Manager

About the Role
We are currently looking for an experienced IT Project Manager Senior to join a strategic technology program that is already in an advanced stage of execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, excellent organizational and communication skills, and proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at different organizational levels. We are looking for a proactive, results-driven professional who can quickly understand the business context, integrate into an ongoing program, and make an immediate impact. Experience with IT infrastructure projects is highly valued but is not a mandatory requirement.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate IT projects, ensuring successful execution within agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and deliverables.
• Manage cross-functional teams involving different technical and business areas.
• Coordinate stakeholders at multiple organizational levels, including managers, directors, and executive leadership.
• Prepare and present project status reports, progress updates, and executive summaries.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, action items, and deliverable tracking.
• Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Track project activities, milestones, commitments, and deadlines.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Ensure alignment between project objectives and business priorities.
• Participate in project governance meetings, status reviews, and steering committees.
• Quickly integrate into ongoing initiatives, identify priorities, and drive execution. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager or Project Manager leading technology-related initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of traditional project management methodologies, particularly Waterfall and hybrid approaches.
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple business and technical areas.
• Experience managing stakeholders at managerial, director, and executive levels.
• Strong experience preparing project status reports, maintaining project documentation, documenting meeting minutes, and tracking action items.
• Ability to manage risks, priorities, resources, dependencies, and project deliverables.
• Strong ability to understand business requirements and facilitate communication between different teams.
• Professional English proficiency Nice to Have
• Experience managing IT infrastructure projects involving networking, servers, cloud environments, data centers, or technology migrations.
• Experience participating in strategic programs or large-scale, complex technology initiatives.
• Experience working in multinational or corporate environments with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms. Key Competencies
