Lead the design and development of scalable Salesforce applications, with a focus on Service Cloud and Field Service Cloud functionalities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions aligned with energy industry needs.
- Implement and optimize service processes such as case management, work order management, scheduling, and mobile workforce enablement.
- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards relevant to the energy sector.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and best practices.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and innovations, especially those impacting service and field operations.
- Configure and administer the platform, write Apex code, create Visual Force pages and is proficient in LWC.
- Handling various aspects of Salesforce development and maintenance, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow and experience in integrating with enterprise applications.
