Job Overview 

The Branch Director will be responsible for developing the business and the start up in Mexico, designing strategy and ways of working, sales planning, team management and resources recruiting and market monitoring.

Main Responsibilities

  • Staffing: Responsible for strategic staffing collaborating with HR in relevant tasks.
  • Work Organization: Manages systematic analytical work, facilitates integration, calculates and communicates sales plans, ensures compliance with standards, manages team resources, and disseminates corporate strategy information.
  • Interaction with Marketing: Conducts market monitoring, assesses customer satisfaction, organizes advertising effectiveness monitoring, and proposes improvements based on competitors analysis.
  • Development of Partnership Relations: Establishes partnerships, collaborates on franchise matters, and analyzes the market to propose improvements to partnership programs.
  • Competitor Monitoring: Conducts research on market trends, implements competitors' best practices, and monitors competitors' presence, marketing, trade conditions, and sales schemes.
  • Interaction with the VIP Department: Ensures the active operation of the VIP department, conducts regular collaboration meetings, and facilitates business development by engaging franchise owners and participating in industry events.
  • Business Development: Maximizes franchise owner engagement in exploring new opportunities, facilitates proposals for team participation in industry events, and ensures the implementation of best practices from successful departments.
  • Providing feedback, status and solutions to Upper Management: Collects and provides information on the current business situation, formulates a business development strategy based on successful examples, and communicates the vision to the leadership, conveying set goals and paths with substantiated reasoning.

  • Demonstrated success in building a thriving business in Mexico with measurable achievements.
  • Experience growing businesses in LATAM is a plus.
  • Experience in education products and financial services is a plus.
