DESCRIPCION DEL PUESTO:

Responsable de desarrollar la estrategia local de las marcas a cargo e implementar planes de marketing para el cumplimiento de objetivos, adaptando la propuesta global a la realidad del mercado.

Deberá diseñar y ejecutar el plan de marketing para impulsar el crecimiento de las mismas, asegurar la excelencia en su implementación y protegiendo la rentabilidad del negocio.

El rol requiere liderazgo, profundo conocimiento del negocio, visión estratégica, capacidad analítica, creatividad, y la atención al detalle propia del manejo de marcas de lujo, así también como habilidades interpersonales para relacionarse e inspirar a perfiles dentro y fuera de la compañía.

Las marcas a cargo tienen portfolio de producto de fragancias y make up.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

Diseñar el plan de marketing adaptando las iniciativas globales a la región, para crear imagen, valor y experiencia de marcas de lujo. Desarrollar e implementar los planes de lanzamientos y KCP , liderando todos los touchpoints. Desarrollar planes orientados al perfil de cada cliente , implementando acciones para maximizar la visibilidad, impacto y productividad en el punto de venta. Administrar los recursos disponibles y del presupuesto de marketing para cumplir los objetivos de Sell Out y Financieros Gerenciar el portfolio de las marcas equilibrando objetivos de sell out, rentabilidad y construcción de marca. Forecast : contribuir a la estimación de demanda del portfolio regular, responsable de forecastear lanzamientos, campañas y materiales de marketing. Pricing : diseñar la estrategia de precios balanceando la propuesta global, la realidad del mercado y el margen target. In Store : contribuir a la excelencia en la ejecución de las marcas en el PDV (planogramas, criterios de exhibición, materiales permanentes y temporales, animaciones temporales, decoraciones, etc). Training : colaborar en la capacitación y funcionamiento del equipo de venta. Análisis y seguimiento del P&L de marca y principales KPIs como Sell In, Sell Out, SOM, Ranking para cumplir con los objetivos y detectar oportunidades. Trabajar en equipo: relacionarse con los equipos locales, regionales y globales para la correcta operación del negocio.

PERFIL Y COMPETENCIAS NECESARIAS

PERFIL DEL CANDIDATO:

Experiencia de +5 años en roles similares dentro del sector de lujo, con experiencia en maquillaje (excluyente) y fragancias. Pasión por la categoría de Beauty y el lujo. Excelentes relaciones interpersonales Inglés Avanzado Paquete Office Avanzado Residencia en Ciudad de México
