About Us: Join our team at PepsiCo, where we're dedicated to transforming the Pepscio Beverages brand portfolio into compelling visual narratives across every touchpoint. As an Brand Manager, you'll collaborate closely with junior artists, writers, and marketers to craft innovative content that resonates with our diverse audience. We thrive on creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering high-impact designs that elevate our brand presence.

Your Role:

As Brand Manager, you'll spearhead the creative vision and execution for our brand strategy, ensuring a cohesive identity and compelling messaging across digital, print, POS, OOH, social media, and motion platforms. You'll bring your expertise in graphic design and creative direction to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, guiding them through conceptualization to production-ready assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership: Develop breakthrough ideas and concept designs that push boundaries and resonate with our target audience. You'll be instrumental in shaping the visual direction of our brand. Team Collaboration: Lead a talented team of artists and creatives, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Your guidance will empower them to deliver their best work across various mediums. Strategic Execution: Translate brand objectives into compelling visual stories, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines. You'll play a critical role in brand guardianship and creative decision-making. Innovation and Adaptability: Stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements, applying them creatively to enhance our brand's visual communication strategies. Qualifications

Qualifications:

Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with social media platforms and delivery requirements. Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse creative teams in fast-paced environments, driving conceptual and strategic design projects from inception to completion. Communication: Fluent in English and Spanish with exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating and pitching creative concepts effectively. Education: Bachelor’s degree in interactive design, graphic design, visual arts, or related fields.
