Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Register and analysis of invoices or fiscal of the operation aligned with policies and procedures for the Business Unit, and in turn compile reports related to payment commitments to third parties and internal to the company, to ensure payment in a timely manner, as well as provide operational and financial visibility. 

Your Impact

As a Accounts Payable Analyst your functions would consist of:

Validate all vendor invoices to be paid have been previously approved and have supporting documentation and accurate PO Seek approvals from local management fleet team in order to execute payments Generate journal entry to account for partial payments or reclassify expenses Prepare information and reports for internal/external audit purposes in accordance with specific auditor requirements Concur reconciliation statements Work Orders submission Contact with the Business Unit for issues related to invoice payment. Giving support to external/internal clients Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, Business, or related majors Fluent Proficiency in English Microsoft Excel intermediate to advanced Highly responsible and committed individual who is detail oriented, organized, and driven Always displays a professional and client-focused attitude Excellent communication skills Ability to work under pressure and stress management. Ability to teamwork, results oriented, service attitude and opening to change Valued expertise in utilizing Concur
