Lo que implica este trabajo, será responsable de administrar los contratos de arrendamiento de los inmuebles arrendados, principalmente en tres actividades fundamentales pago de las rentas, comprobación de estos e incrementos por aniversarios. Verificando que todo se realice de acuerdo a lo estipulado en los contratos.

Nos encontramos en búsqueda de una persona dinámica para el puesto de Lease Administration Analyst para unirse a nuestro equipo:

Este rol es responsable de:

¿Cuál es tu día a día?

Cumplir con el pago de todas y cada una de las obligaciones contractuales en tiempo y forma a fin de minimizar riesgos, o en todo caso realizar la correcta provisión o reserva de recursos que nos permitan hacer frente a las obligaciones que se encuentran pendientes de pago, realizar la correcta comprobación del gasto, verificando que todos los pagos cuenten con sus respectivos comprobantes fiscales, otorgar todos los incrementos de renta (servicios) en tiempo y forma establecidos en los contratos de arrendamiento.

Dentro de las principales funciones destacamos:

Cumplir con el pago de las rentas y servicios (mantenimientos y estacionamientos) de acuerdo a lo estipulado en los contratos a fin de mitigar cualquier tipo de riesgo. Identificar y controlar todas las obligaciones de pago que por algún motivo no puedan efectuarse a fin de realizar su correcta provisión o reserva. Revisar y realizar la correcta comprobación del gasto, verificando que todos los pagos cuenten con su respectivo comprobante fiscal y que cumplan con todos los requisitos fiscales. Otorgar a los arrendadores los incrementos por aniversarios en tiempo y forma de acuerdo a lo estipulado en los contratos, tener identificado y justificado aquellos casos a los cuales no se ha podido otorgar su incremento. Ofrecer y gestionar pagos por anticipados a los arrendadores buscando obtener beneficios para la institución. Vigilar la correcta contabilización de los pagos realizados y que se realicen las respectivas retenciones de impuestos según corresponda. Apoyar a las distintas áreas de la dirección en actividades que requieran del contacto con los arrendadores. Ayudar en los procesos de provisión y reserva mediante el análisis de los registros de pago de cada una de las obligaciones establecidas por contrato.

Se requiere

Deseable: Licenciatura terminada, contable, Financiera, Administración o a fin Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años en puesto similar Deseable conocimiento en contabilidad general y Conciliación de cuentas Requisitos fiscales CFDI Manejo de SAP
