General Role Purpose

The role will operate in a highly functional or matrix organization. The role can be based in Mexico but considering high relationship with other areas around HSBC Group. The role will require that all agreements within global business, global function and/or region are managed and kept up to date.This requires all associated service expectations are understood and communicated across DBS functions IGSA process execution through design, implementation and continuous service improvement activities across the lifecycle Leverage, where appropriate, the utility (resource) entity supplying service performance and assessment services as a cost-effective approach whenever possible. Provide guidelines to all Business and Function related with ITP Governance and processes including but not limitative about OPSHMO, register of providers, regulatory request process. Attention, definition and execution of reviews and audit plans, second line reviews and external regulators.

Responsibilities

·Execute alignment of service definitions and IGSA policies, standards and processes strategies.

·Ensure Intra Group Service Agreements exist and business expectations are consistently defined, understood and measured.

·Ensuring data integrity and management execution of IGSAs considering local regulatory, legal and tax requirements.

·Provide advise in the OPSHMO forum as a Risk steward and as Governance.

·Clearly document the Governance processes of the area.

·Interface with second line of defense on a variety of issues and workstreams information required to produce executive reporting

Requirements

·Proven management skills and experience in various roles ( technology and business) leading dynamic organiation

·Experience preferably incorporating service oriented / management principles

·Excellent communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills, focusing on remote and written communications, inclusive of ability and experience in interacting with higher positions

·Excellent decision making and problem solving ability

·Experience working in a team environment using appropriate communication and planning skills, preferably in a matrix functional environment

·Knowledge of service delivery policies and procedures

·Strong analytical skills to understand and use metrics to draw conclusions

·Solid partner/stakeholder interaction – customer oriented

·Experience in a financial institution within a service oriented environment

·University degree required or equivalent experience

·Advanced English level
