Descripción del Puesto

Grupo Lomas, líder en la industria del turismo, busca un profesional experimentado para ocupar el cargo de Gerente De Revenue Management en su división Lomas Hospitality (Hoteles).

Responsabilidades

  • Desarrollar estrategias de Revenue Management basadas en análisis de datos para maximizar los ingresos y optimizar la rentabilidad de los hoteles.
  • Elaborar análisis y pronóstico de la demanda de ventas por complejo para tomar decisiones informadas.
  • Optimizar la elaboración del inventario para asegurar la disponibilidad de habitaciones y servicios.
  • Evaluar el rendimiento y la efectividad de las estrategias de revenue management para identificar áreas de mejora.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura o Ingeniería relacionada con ciencias exactas.
  • Experiencia laboral mínima de 3 años en un puesto similar.
  • Inglés conversacional.
  • Estudios relacionados al comercio electrónico e inteligencia de negocios aplicada a datos.

Competencias Laborales

  • Profundo conocimiento y experiencia en los principios y técnicas del Revenue Management.
  • Sólidas habilidades analíticas y capacidad de trabajar con grandes conjuntos de datos.
  • Sistemas y herramientas de Revenue Management.
  • Conocimiento del mercado hotelero.
