Reconocida compañía en el sector de alimentos y Nutrición, está en búsqueda de su HR Business Partner en Ciudad de México que actuará como un socio estratégico clave, alineando las estrategias de recursos humanos con los objetivos del negocio.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?
- Proporcionar consultoría Integral en los proceso de HR de manera estratégica a los líderes de la organización.
- Implementar y gestionar estrategias 100% en el foco de procesos de selección/Adquisición de Talento.
- Colaborar en iniciativas de desarrollo organizacional para mejorar la satisfacción y el rendimiento de los empleados.
¿Qué deberías tener previamente?
- Grado en Recursos Humanos, Psicología, Administración de Empresas o un campo relacionado.
- Mínimo 7 años de experiencia en un rol de HR Business Partner o en una posición similar, en los sectores de (Tecnología, consumo masivo de alimentos, farma y química).
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y pensamiento estratégico.
- Experiencia realizando búsquedas de talento global y de difícil consecución:
Deseable: Que hayan realizado roles de BP.
Deseable: Experiencia realizando búsquedas de talento global y de difícil consecución.
Deseable: Experiencia en búsquedas proactivas.
Excluyente: Nivel de Inglés avanzado (acompañamiento a USA en temas de Talent).
