Project Manager – Instalaciones Industriales  – Solfium  ¿Te apasiona la gestión de proyectos y quieres ser parte de la transición hacia la energía limpia? En Solfium, empresa líder en sistemas fotovoltaicos, buscamos un Project Manager para liderar instalaciones industriales de gran escala con clientes AAA. 
 Responsabilidades:
  • Planificar, coordinar y supervisar la ejecución de proyectos fotovoltaicos industriales de principio a fin. 
  • Asegurar que los proyectos se entreguen a tiempo, dentro del presupuesto y con los más altos estándares de calidad. 
  • Gestionar la relación con clientes AAA, proveedores y contratistas para garantizar la satisfacción y fidelización.
  •  Elaborar y dar seguimiento a cronogramas, presupuestos y reportes de avance. 
  • Identificar riesgos y desarrollar planes de mitigación.
  •  Asegurar el cumplimiento normativo y las políticas de seguridad en obra. 
  • Optimizar procesos para mejorar la eficiencia y rentabilidad de los proyectos. 

Requisitos: 
  • Título en Ingeniería Industrial, Eléctrica, Energía Renovable o afines. 
  • Experiencia mínima de 4 años gestionando proyectos industriales o energéticos. 
  • Conocimiento técnico en sistemas fotovoltaicos y normativas aplicables. 
  • Manejo avanzado de herramientas de gestión de proyectos (MS Project, Primavera, o similares). 
  • Inglés avanzado (indispensable para trato con clientes internacionales). 
  • Excelentes habilidades de negociación, liderazgo y resolución de problemas. 
  • Disponibilidad para viajar y gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
