We areseeking a full stack engineer (front end focused) to join ourengineering team of three, working closely with ourCTO.


RoleOverview


Whatyou’ll be doing

  • Play an instrumental rolein further developing our product, with a focus on front enddevelopment
  • Work directly with thefounders and CTO to collaboratively define the product andengineering roadmap
  • Own and ship new featuresfrom inception to implementation
  • Develop, iterate, andrefine our extensible and flexible workflow for identification andsupport of adolescent wellbeing challenges
  • Buildexceptional user experiences that allow members to effectivelyidentify and manage their own wellbeing that of their friends andloved ones
  • Build a culture oftechnical excellence, transparency, and enjoyment atwork


Who youare

  • RockstarEngineer: 4+ years of softwaredevelopment experience; experience with Sonar’s existing tech stack(in particular front end) is a strong plus
  • Builder:Experience buildingsoftware products  and mobile applications from conception tolaunch
  • UserDriven: Empathize deeply with ourmembers (parents & youth) and the nuances of mentalhealthcare
  • Learner:Innately curious andwilling to build a deeper understanding of underlyingproblems
  • Leader:​​You're autonomous andself-driven. You have strong opinions, loosely held driven by acommitment to doing the right thing for our users andsociety
