Main responsibilities:

• The Central Material Planner Coordinator is responsible for ensuring with the assigned team, the daily execution of the process related to the supply of materials to ensure the production plan, maintain minimum stock levels in customer plants, according to agreed operational costs.

• Build a level delivery schedule, according to the MRP calculation, taking into account the needs of both plants (PIC/PDP) and supplier capacity.

• Collaborate with the transport team, synchronize and optimize the transport schedule in both plants.

• Manage plant disruptions when supplier deliveries are limited and ensure adequate communication and follow-up.

• Monitoring the execution of plans, manage alerts, when necessary, understand and manage risk to minimize the impact on the production plan.

• Review supplier delivery performances, collaborate with purchasing and plants to define corrective actions and improvement plans.

• Collaborate with other plants, purchasing, and transportation equipment to continuously reduce inventories, through periodic reviews of Inventory Segmentation Tracking (JNI) in FCS.

• Schedule deliveries of materials/components to secure the production plan and
keep safety stock to a minimum, monitoring inventory levels against targets.
