Position Overview
Come join the License Compliance team in Mexico - one of the fastest-growing organizations in Autodesk. We are a strategic organization inside Autodesk that converts misuse into sustainable growth, empowered by our expert usage of data and analytics, and develop long-term customer relationships. The License Compliance Sales Executive finds, validating and closing license compliance opportunities in Mexico. The sales team works with Autodesk sales partners, legal, technical specialists, and other members of the License Compliance team on compliance matters. License compliance Sales Executives develop their own leads and training partners on how to identify possible License Compliance risks for further review. Accounts worked will vary across multiple vertical markets.
You will report to the Mexico License Compliance Manager.
You will have a combination of remote work and onsite work as this is a hybrid position.
Responsibilities
Develop, and monitor License Compliance Engagement strategy to exceed revenue plan
Identify and capture sales opportunities with our customers who have under-licensed Autodesk software product
Assist customers in determining and purchasing correct levels of Autodesk licenses
You will guide compliance reconciliation purchases and use compliance as a compelling event in consolidation purchases
Have a clear understanding of software licensing models, license agreements and contracts and territories legal framework tips
You will research and identify under-licensed accounts and work with sales team to develop a sales approach and strategy to reconcile customer accounts
Understand legal compliance framework and exercising high-level judgment, communicate both written and oral messages in selling and persuading customers to purchase software license and presenting liability problems if remain under licensed
Have skills in C Level and Board of Directors business agreements and difficult conversations
You will collaborate with local sales organization and legal department on development of strategies for Autodesk's License Compliance programs
Influence channel to get leads; collaborates with sales for incremental business in targeted accounts to meet quarterly and annual revenue expectation
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years' quota-carrying sales experience to include selling technology solutions, Account-based selling and complex multi-solution, expansion deals
Experience in success: exceeding quota in a structured, disciplined, sales environment that includes strategic and collaborative/team selling
Strategic account planning and research to understand how Autodesk solutions align to our goals
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
English language skills
Previous experience dealing with principles, owners and executives in sales situations or collections
CRM (SalesForce.com is preferred)
