If selected for Future Talent Program, you will experience a carefully designed immersive 18-month development program where, through job rotations, you will explore different areas of our business worldwide. Your Mission
Open your mind and shape the future by joining Sidel’s Future Talent Program
After the 16 months rotation, which will include few months in Italy and France you will be part of the EPM team based in Guadalajara, México. This team is responsible to drive high performance through the successful implementation of TPM Performance projects for our clients. These projects aim to provide our customers with a robust platform to collaborate with Sidel and achieve significant improvements in performance metrics. The TPM Department is dedicated to leveraging the best practices in TPM and Lean manufacturing excellence, applying them in a practical and focused manner to directly impact customer performance. Your role will lead and drive successful TPM Performance projects at our customer’s priority sites and priority production lines.
Your Profile
• Hold a Master's degree in engineering.• Possess two years or less of professional experience post-graduation.• Exhibit a willingness to travel extensively, ranging from 50% to 65% of the time after the initial 16 months.• Demonstrate fluent proficiency in both English and Spanish.• Proficiency in Italian and/or French is considered a plus.Come and join us
