About the Team:Zillow Group has a renewed focus on increasing the number of users that transact (buy, sell or rent a home) through ZG services. To better serve our customers, we need to better understand them, and where they are at in their home buying, selling or renting journey. Therefore an initiative to better track the customer journey is in place. Foundational to this initiative's success is the understanding of the customer data and its access in a timely manner.
This team is building self-service capabilities that seek to provide the means to aggregate, transform, and enrich, customer data ultimately providing data access through offline, streaming, and online storage to be used for various AI/ML and analytical purposes.

About the role
As a Senior Software Development Engineer in the team you will :
Design and build scalable streamings systems for orchestrating end to end event storage, enrichments and access Collaborate with various internal teams (platform, product, ML engineering) to scope and deliver tools ensuring ease of system use Work with a variety of technologies such as Flink, Spark, Kafka, dbt, DynamoDB, AWS Transcribe, etc. Code with the best language for the job, be it - Java, Python, Go or ScalaAcerca del puesto

Diseñar y construir sistemas de streaming escalables para orquestar el almacenamiento, enriquecimiento y acceso a eventos de extremo a extremo. In addition to a competitive base salary and benefits, this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.

Basic Qualifications:
A degree (BS+) in Computer Science or a related discipline 5+ years of experience with building and maintaining data-intensive applications Strong background in Java or Python Excellent interpersonal skills and passionate about collaborating across organizational boundariesNice to have:
