Manejar el cumplimiento sostenible de excelencia en la producción y mejora continua, medido a través de KPI´s estandarizados en la planta y puntos de referencia con otras áreas/ plantas / divisiones.

Ejecutar proceso de confirmación y dar seguimiento a cumplimiento de estándares. Supervisar las auditorías y acciones derivadas. Asegurar el cumplimiento de la Seguridad, Calidad, Entrega y Costo y gestionar el cuello de botella. Garantizar y controlar los recursos necesarios, desarrollar y liderar el personal a su cargo. Dar seguimiento a los indicadores, controlar inventario y material en cuarentena. Participar en planeación de presupuesto. Supervisar y controlar la ejecución de los planes dentro del área de producción, utilizando la mano de obra sin accidentes, cero defectos, productividad y efectividad con el fin de asegurar la continuidad y la mejora de los procesos productivos manteniendo disciplina, orden y limpieza. Promover la seguridad, salud y protección del medio ambiente de acuerdo a la norma ISO 14001/ ISO 45001/ CD03800 y Normas aplicables.

Requisitos

Nivel Mínimo de Estudios: Licenciatura. Especialidad: Ingeniería Inglés Nivel Avanzado Procesos de Manufactura Manejo de Conflictos Conocimiento en Auditorías Solución de Problemas Conocimiento ISO 9001, ISO TS 16949 / IATF 16949 Conocimiento de productos automotrices Conocimiento en sistema SAP  Al menos 10 años de experiencia en la posición.
