Summary:
The Payroll Operations Manager will have responsibility for at least 1 large account and potential portfolio of other accounts. Dynamic role with responsibility for team management and client engagement with a lead role for client escalations within operations. Can be cross country or assigned to only one country of expertise. Opportunity to learn additional payroll countries.
Essential Functions:
Ensure that all process are being executed based on payroll procedures with standards and tools in place and aligned for all accounts Ensure staffing and training at optimal levels Responsible for client satisfaction Responsible for key performance indicator management, strong focus on metric to drive improvement with strong action plan development for improvements Review account status (financial and client satisfaction) and participate in service review meetings with client Manage change request both internally and with client Collaborate and work with commercial team in sales opportunities Build relationship commitment with other areasRequired Education and Experience:
BA/BS degree or equivalent is preferred; equivalent work experience required A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Payroll solutions is required with at least 2 years in leadership role. Knowledge of Mexico payroll legislation/taxation is required. Advanced English (reading/speaking) required Domain expertise in Payroll technology and solution; prefer SAP experience. Ability to build strong collaborative relationships, influence multiple partners, and establish common goals and objectives without sacrificing outcomes Excellent writing and verbal communication skills required. The ability to understand target audiences and translate complex concepts into clear and concise messages is required Thrives in matrix environments, is flexible, collaborative and deadline driven Strong organization skills with attention to detail, laser focused approach on delivery of results is required Proven ability to take a complex business requirement and break it down into operational solutions is required Analytical mindset, critical thinking, problem solving skills are required High level proficiency in Microsoft Office Products is required Experience in Inhouse, Outsourced and Co-sourced payroll service delivery models is preferred We offer you a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
