Estamos buscando un productor digital calificado que nos ayude a mantener nuestra posición como empresa digital innovadora. El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en producción de contenido de aprendizaje digital y sólidas habilidades para comprender el lado tecnológico de productos y servicios y supervisar planes de trabajo. El productor digital también preparará y presentará actualizaciones periódicamente a los canales relevantes, asegurando que se logre nuestro objetivo de innovación. La persona será parte activa para impulsar la transformación digital.

Responsabilidades:

Desarrollar Diseño Instruccional para productos y servicios educativos digitales. Crear contenido para productos y servicios digitales educativos (web, aplicaciones, plataformas, sistemas en línea, LMS, Producción de contenidos multimedia digitales en diferentes formatos y especificaciones. Coordinar los recursos internos y externos para garantizar que los proyectos cumplan con el alcance, el cronograma y el presupuesto. Analizar y proponer actualizaciones e innovaciones para productos digitales, de acuerdo con el entendimiento de los usuarios/mercado. Evaluar objetos digitales generados interna o externamente desde un punto de vista técnico-didáctico Implementar requisitos operativos técnico-funcionales para las plataformas de aprendizaje. Establecer y mantener relaciones con las partes interesadas internas, proporcionando contacto diario sobre el estado y los cambios del proyecto.

Experiencia, habilidades y perfil:

Licenciatura en tecnología de la educación, pedagogía, comunicación, psicología educativa o un campo similar. Mínimo de 3 años creando contenido de e-learning digital sólido y atractivo (contenidos, videos, audio, epubs, reels, podcast, objetos interactivos, 2 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos educativos. Inglés B2 Comprensión de las mejores prácticas de educación virtual Pensamiento sistémico, experiencia en diseño de tecnologías web y plataformas de software para máxima usabilidad. Gran atención a los plazos y directrices presupuestarias Excelencia en redacción, revisión y edición. Excelencia en habilidades de investigación, organización y gestión del tiempo. Fuertes habilidades de escucha y comunicación. Creativo, innovador y orientado a los detalles. Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y colaborativa. Capacidad para trabajar de manera eficiente sin comprometer la calidad o la precisión. Experiencia en la industria editorial es una ventaja.
