Profesionales talentosos en User Experience (UX) que puedan liderar y ejecutar proyectos clave para mejorar nuestros productos y servicios.
Lo que harás:- Investigación: Análisis FODA, análisis de brechas, entrevistas a usuarios, encuestas, mapas de experiencia (Journey Maps) y evaluaciones de usabilidad.
- Diseño: Desarrollo de prototipos de baja, media y alta fidelidad en Figma, wireframes, storyboarding y creación de mapas de actores y stakeholders.
- Estrategia: Definir y ejecutar estrategias de productos y servicios, generar propuestas de valor, y realizar diagramas de flujo y mapeos de procesos.
- Co-creación: Sesiones de co-creación e ideación con stakeholders internos y externos.
- Herramientas: Utilizar herramientas como Figma, Mural, Miro, FigJam, Optimal Workshop, Jira, Confluence, entre otras.
Senior (>5 años de experiencia)
- Experiencia liderando proyectos de diseño centrados en el usuario, desde la investigación hasta la implementación.
- Amplio conocimiento en metodologías como Blueprinting, Experience Mapping, prototipos de servicio y análisis de painpoints de usuarios.
- Capacidad para trabajar de la mano con equipos de desarrollo y otros departamentos en un entorno ágil.
Semi Senior (3-5 años de experiencia)
- Experiencia en la investigación de usuarios y creación de perfiles, entrevistas, focus groups y shadowing.
- Habilidad para desarrollar mapas de empatía, personas y prototipos en Figma.
- Conocimiento básico de Design Systems y principios de diseño responsivo.
- Soft skills: Autonomía, flexibilidad, orientación a objetivos y excelente comunicación.
- Liderazgo (Senior): Capacidad para coordinar equipos y gestionar proyectos de diseño.
- Trabajo en equipo (Semi Senior y Senior): Colaboración activa en proyectos, con buena capacidad de resolución de problemas.
- Contrato a término indefinido, nos encantan las relaciones a largo plazo por lo que queremos que formes parte de esta familia por mucho tiempo.
