About the role

Join as a Senior Visual Designer and create visionary user interface models, visual assets including illustrations, motion prototypes, and visual presentations. This role serves as a bridge between Product Design, Brand Marketing, Engineering, and Design Systems to create outstanding brand moments across the Zillow brand experience. The road is ready for you to drive within the Design Operations organization and shape experiences used by millions that continue to push Zillow to be the most-loved place for movers and Real Estate professionals.

You Will Get To:

Designing digital experiences for web, email, and native platforms

Advocating for brand expression throughout the user experience

Collaborating with cross-functional teams and creative partners

Creating artifacts for storytelling, prototyping, and user testing

Developing interaction models and UI patterns for design systems

Leading multiple projects independently with high-quality results

Ensuring design consistency and excellence with fellow designers

Bringing the Zillow brand to life through compelling UI design

Defining visual language, guidelines, motion principles

Leading product illustration and iconography execution, strategy, and documentation

Únete como Diseñador de Producto Senior, Experiencia de Marca y crea modelos visionarios de interfaz de usuario, activos visuales incluyendo ilustraciones, prototipos de movimiento y presentaciones visuales. LLEGARÁS A: 

Diseñar experiencias digitales para web, correo electrónico y plataformas nativas

Abogar por la expresión de la marca en toda la experiencia del usuario

Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales y socios creativos

Crear artefactos para la narración de historias, prototipos y pruebas de usuario

Desarrollo de modelos de interacción y patrones de interfaz de usuario para sistemas de diseño

Dirigir varios proyectos de forma independiente con resultados de alta calidad

Garantizar la coherencia y la excelencia del diseño con otros diseñadores

Dar vida a la marca Zillow a través de un diseño de interfaz de usuario convincente.

Definir el lenguaje visual, las directrices y los principios de movimiento

Dirigir la ejecución, estrategia y documentación de ilustraciones e iconografía de productos

Colaborar en la evolución e innovación de la identidad visual

Imaginar el futuro de la experiencia digital de Zillow

This role has been categorized as a teleworker position. Teleworkers do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any part of Mexico, but preferably in Mexico City, as we would encourage attendance for occasional in-office events.

In addition to a competitive base salary and benefits, this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.

Who you are

An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating strong visual design expertise, a deep understanding of typography, color, digital executions, and great user-centered design solutions.

5-7 years of experience in product, visual, UX design, or similar roles

Strong skills in Marketing & Brand Design including illustration, motion design for interactive experiences, and high-fidelity product prototyping

Expertise concepting, iterating and executing final illustrations and icons

Expertise in Visual Design and defining visual languages

Excellent visual communication and storytelling abilities

Proficient in Design System thinking, cross-platform scalability, UI/UX standards, and Accessibility

Experience designing for high traffic native app, web and email

Highly proficient in Figma, Adobe Suite, and related design and production software

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Effective cross-team collaborator with the ability to work across multiple creative projects

CUALIFICACIONES

Una cartera en línea o muestras de trabajo que demuestren una sólida experiencia en diseño visual, un profundo conocimiento de la tipografía, el color, las ejecuciones digitales y grandes soluciones de diseño centradas en el usuario.

5-7 años de experiencia en producto, visual, diseño UX, o funciones similares

Sólidas habilidades en Marketing y Diseño de Marca, incluyendo ilustración, motion design para experiencias interactivas y prototipado de productos de alta fidelidad.

Experiencia en la concepción, iteración y ejecución de ilustraciones e iconos finales.

Experiencia en diseño visual y definición de lenguajes visuales

Excelente comunicación visual y capacidad para contar historias

Dominio del pensamiento sistémico de diseño, escalabilidad multiplataforma, estándares UI/UX y accesibilidad.

Experiencia en el diseño de aplicaciones nativas de alto tráfico, web y correo electrónico

Dominio de Figma, Adobe Suite y software de diseño y producción relacionado.

Fuerte comunicación, presentación y habilidades interpersonales

Colaborador eficaz entre equipos con capacidad para trabajar en múltiples proyectos creativos.
