Responsibilities:
Using software (Industrial Information Resources, Identification of Sales Opportunities Tool), the Lead Generation specialist will identify and analyze all plants and projects that fit the prospecting criteria defined by EagleBurgmann USA. After separating the plants & projects that fit the criteria, the Lead Generation Specialist will perform a lead / prospect outreach to confirm four main metrics. The Lead Generation specialist will use a combination of cold calling and tools available (EB Playbook, ideal customer profile, sales speech, customer relationship) to properly communicate with the potential customer. The means of contact will typically be: LinkedIn, email and phone and each communication should be addressed to the contact. The Lead Generation Specialist’s activity and work management tool is the SAP Cloud for Customer (SAP C4C) CRM platform. In this CRM platform, the Lead Generation Specialist will publish all relevant information he/she has obtained, as well as manage his/her prospecting activities through the resources available within this platform (activity management, adding notes, creating contacts and accounts, etc.). For any qualified Opportunities, the Lead Generation Specialist will transfer the opportunity to the responsible EBUS Sales Territory Manager for further processing. All follow-up details will be handled through the EagleBurgmann CRM platform. For any qualified Leads, the Lead Generation Specialist will collaborate with the EBUS Territory Managers to get a customer visit scheduled with the prospect and the Territory Manager. The resulting customer visit will be documented in SAP C4C for future planning. After the customer visit, the Territory Managers will document their results directly in SAP C4C, or indirectly via the Lead Generation Specialist, who will then further document in SAP C4C. Once the visit is completed and documented, the Lead is handed over to the responsible Sales Territory manager for further processing. The Lead Generation Specialist will contribute to outbound marketing activities (C4C campaigns, Social Media, …) under guidance of the EBUS Marketing & Communications specialist. This will consist of collaboration with the EBUS Sales Force for success story / case study generation and documentation, and generation of marketing content. The Lead Generation Specialist will contribute to monthly reporting for Lead Generation progress as part of the monthly sales reporting cycle.
Qualifications:
Expert level English (since 100% focused on USA market) required. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Management or related field. Previous lead generation experience highly - preferred. Cold calling experience, definitely a plus. Experience in a medium to large industrial company, definitely a plus.-
